A message dated May 13, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 209(HES) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(HES)                                                   
     "An Act directing the Department of Health and Social Services to                              
     establish a foster care transition program; relating to that program;
